The Holmes family was looking for a solution for their teenage kids to get away and play music, so why not build a teenage retreat. This is where ModnPods stepped in and provided a fantastic solution. ModnPods supplied, delivered and installed The Pass with a full kitchen and bath lined internally with our signature acoustic walls so the kids can plug the instruments in and play all night. In addition the space can also be used as excellent remote learning spaces too, where children can easily hear their teacher’s lessons, have a quiet space to respond and not be distracted by whatever else is going on in the home.

The benefit of teenage retreat is it gives your kids the independence and their own space while still technically being at home. This gives the kiddos a taste of being an adult.
