ModnPods was born from a clear vision: to think differently about how we design and deliver housing in Australia. In the face of rising land values, increasing labour costs, and mounting pressure on traditional construction methods, we saw an opportunity — and a responsibility — to create smarter, faster, and more sustainable solutions.

What began as a container concept in 2015 quickly evolved into a nationally recognised modular construction company, proudly backed by the Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC). Today, ModnPods is a leader in turnkey commercial modular housing and accommodation, delivering prefab quality-built, architecturally designed pods to clients across tourism, government, and commercial sectors Australia-wide.
Our Factory
Located on the Gold Coast, Australia, our controlled 6,300m2 factory features dedicated zones for cutting, assembly, and finishing, supported by state-of-the-art machinery and advanced production lines. Purpose-built for high-volume output, our facility is optimised for standardisation, efficiency, and scalability.
